Easy to make waffles made with oat flour and super seeds.

Ingredients

cup
oat flour

tsp
baking powder
1/4
tsp
salt
1/2
tsp
cinnamon
3
tbsp
hemp seeds
2
tbsp
flax seeds
4
tbsp
coconut oil or butter
melted
2
eggs
1/2
cup
almond milk, or milk of choice
warmed
Instructions
Plug in the waffle maker to heat up while making the waffle batter.
In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, hemp seeds and flax seeds. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the eggs, coconut oil or butter and milk. Add to the dry ingredients. Whisk until combined.
Add batter to waffle maker. Cook until golden brown.
Enjoy!
Notes
If using coconut oil, be sure to warm the milk a little. Cold milk will make the coconut oil solidify.
